Design and Implementation of Web-Based Medical Record Application at Balapulang Health Care

Abstract

Effective and efficient management of medical record data is an important requirement in improving the quality of health services. Balapulang Health Center, as a first-level health facility, requires a system that can support the process of recording and managing patient data optimally. Therefore, a Website-Based Medical Record Application was developed at Balapulang Health Center. This system is designed to facilitate the process of patient registration, recording examination history, managing doctor data, and making referral letters and health certificates digitally and in an integrated manner. The main features developed include an online registration page, medical record history, poly information, user data management, and digital reports that facilitate access to information for patients and medical personnel. With the implementation of this application, the administration process becomes faster, recording is more accurate, and services become more transparent. The results of the study showed that this application was able to improve the efficiency of medical staff work, as well as provide convenience in storing and searching patient data. In conclusion, this application has succeeded in providing an innovative solution in digitizing medical records at Balapulang Health Center, in accordance with the needs and standards of public health services.
