The rapid development of information technology provides great opportunities to improve the quality of service, one of which is in the field of shoe washing services. The manual system that is still used in several shoe washing places often causes delays in the service process, recording errors, and lack of transparency of information to customers. Therefore, this study aims to build a web-based shoe washing service information system to facilitate the ordering process, recording, and monitoring of service status by customers and admins. This system is built using the Laravel framework. The main features available in this system include user registration and login, online shoe washing service orders, order status tracking, customer and order data management by admins, and an integrated midtrans payment system. In addition, there is also a shoe pickup feature with cost estimates based on user location via an interactive map. The implementation results show that this information system is able to increase efficiency and accuracy in managing shoe washing service data. Users can easily place orders anytime and anywhere, while admins can manage data and transactions in a more structured manner. Thus, this system is expected to provide convenience and added value for business owners and customers in modern and digital-based shoe washing services.
