Digital distraction remains a real barrier to student learning productivity. A survey of 100 respondents shows that 87.5% of students have difficulty maintaining focus and 75% struggle to manage tasks. Based on this result, this study developed an information system called Ocus (On Focus Studies), a mobile application that combines Pomodoro Timer, task management, and progress tracking into a single platform. Development is performed with SDLC method comprises planning phase, requirements analysis, system design and implementation plan. The results are five main features documented by Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, and React Native based UI design. The system is designed to reduce digital distraction and increase learning focus by up to 60 percent.
