Abstract

The distribution of 3 Kg LPG at agents often faces various problems, such as mismatches in delivery routes and distribution points to the depots. This causes LPG distribution to become uneven and increases operational costs. This study aims to design and implement an Android-based 3 Kg LPG vehicle tracking application to improve the effectiveness of monitoring and distribution. The research methods include analyzing system requirements, designing the system using UML and ERD diagrams, developing the application with the Flutter framework, and testing the application’s functionality. The developed application is integrated with Firebase as a real-time database and Google Maps API to display vehicle locations directly. Implementation results at PT. Remaja Putra Baru, a 3 Kg LPG agent in Tegal Regency, show that the system is capable of monitoring vehicle movements in real-time, storing travel history, and minimizing distribution deviations. The implementation of this application increases operational efficiency and the accuracy of 3 Kg LPG deliveries to predetermined depot points. This application is feasible to be developed and implemented more widely to support a transparent and targeted LPG distribution system
